Dehydration solution: Dewatering filer combined with vacuum tank and add duplex stereo-evaporation technology, fast and completely remove the water and gas from oil.
Impurities-removing solution: Network filtration combined with high polymer filtration, effectively guarantee oil cleanness.
Heating system: Carbon fiber infrared system can effectively protect oil quality and avoid bad oil quality.
Oil Pump system: Use brand oil pump to guarantee oil quality and effectively avoild generating other impure gas.

Regeneration system: Adopt industrial silicone material to absorb the ordor of transfomer oil as well as decoloring so as to obtain better physical oil quality.

Application 

ZYD Series transformer oil regeneration system/oil decolor system/oil renew system is designed for purifying used or aged transformer oil, super high-voltage transformer oil, switch oil and other insulating oils.

Features 

 1. Besides vacuum pump, this machine installs Roots Pump vacuum system, which speed up evacuation, make limiting vacuum ≤ 5Pa,working vacuum ≤ 35Pa.

 2. Large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique, advance dewatering and degassing system, which remove water and gas much quickly and completely.

 3. Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision, which help removing mechanical impurities in the oil.

 4. After purification the breakdown voltage of transformer oil can reach up to 75KV.

 5. Advanced double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector, which ensure long-term safe and reliable operation.

 7. This machine can be operated both on-load and off-load.

 8. Humanization design, low noise pump, deep purification and long-term free maintenance.
