PVC film:

PVC film, fully named Polyvinylchloride film. The main component is polyvinyl chloride, and other components are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc.

PVC film classification:

PVC film can be divided into PVC soft film and PVC hard film. Hard PVC accounts for approximately two-thirds of the market, while soft PVC accounts for one-third. Soft PVC is generally used for the surface of floors, ceilings, and leather. However, due to the presence of softeners in soft PVC (which is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and difficult to store, so its scope of use is limited. Hard PVC does not contain softeners, so it has good flexibility, is easy to form, is not easily brittle, is non-toxic and pollution-free, and has a long storage time. Therefore, it has great development and application value.

PVC film usage:

Commonly used are transparent PVC, matte black PVC, matte white PVC, and frosted PVC. The essence of PVC is a vacuum plastic film used for surface packaging of various types of panels, so it is also known as decorative film or adhesive film, and is applied in many industries such as building materials, packaging, medicine, and so on. The building materials industry accounts for the largest proportion at 60%, followed by the packaging industry and several other small-scale applications.
