Description:
DK series dead weight tester is designed on the base of YS series and KY Series dead weight tester, with structural optimization, super wear-resistant and perfect reliability. The highest process of DK dead weight tester is 0.005%; The max pressure range is 160MPa. DK dead weight tester adopt modular structure, a platform can be installed in different piston systems, achieve economic and practical purposes.

●Weight: Adopts demagnetization quality austenitic stainless steel
●Rotational speed: in free rotation state, the rotational speed is related to the time, e.g. 60MPa product, after 30 minutes, the rotational speed is from the initial speed of the drops 33.0RPM to 24.8rpm. This also shows that the piston - sleeve gap pressure distribution is uniform.
● Effective area: under normal atmospheric pressure and 20 ℃ conditions, the piston - the average effective area of the cartridge unit, and pressure deformation coefficient can be measured by the reference gauge
●Piston descending speed: in the range of 60MPa case, the relationship between the piston speed and the pressure drop is shown below. In the range of 100MPa case for all of the components, the rate of decline and the effective piston area of pressure become a linear relationship, the maximum rate of decline is less than 5μm/s. Maximum effective area changes is less than 0.0006mm2.
