D46 cross wedge roll
Description:
Cross Wedge Roll is an advanced forming process suitable for manufacturing of multi-shoulder shaft;
The productivity is two to five times of traditional die forging. Material utilization ratio can increase 10%-15% and die service life can prolong more than ten times. The advanced process is adopted as the performing process for shaft and complex forgings;
It is widely applied for shaft productions of auto gearbox and performing of con-rod, crankshaft etc;
compact structure, easy adjusting and suitable for automatic forging.
The maximum cross-wedge roll in the world with center distance of 1500mm has been put into use.

Main features
It is an advanced forming process, suitable for high precision forming mufti-shoulder shafts.
The productivity is twice to five times of traditional die forging. The material usage is high, because of no flash. So the die lifetime is prolonged at least 10 times than used in other traditional machinery.
It is with high deforming precision, and the material volume distribution is accurate and stable.
The double eccentric adjusting mechanism for center distance is patent technology.
It has outstanding advantages, such as high-rigidity, high automation degree and convenient for integrating the whole production line.
Dismantling roller, continuous heating, adjustable revolving speed, center distance adjusting, etc. are all available.
Friendly working environment can improve the working condition; no shocking and low noise in the operation of rolling, which meet the environmental requirements of modern manufacturing.
We can provide process, dies designing and manufacturing. And it can be matched with heating furnace to be automatic rolling lines.
