Electromagnetic (or Induction) Heating Rectangle Seven Seats Teppanyaki Grill Table

The Grill body is made of German 304 Stainless Steel, the heating plate is made of special alloy steel with thickness of 20mm, one-piece unibody, no deformation or discoloration will happen even after long time use.The operation panel, waste container and filter are made of 1.0mm stainless steel, and the air inlet is made of 1.5mm mirror surface stainless steel.

Electromagnetic (or Induction) Heating System is Chuanglv's Representative Product. Chuang s the ONLY manufacturer in China who specially designs and assembles electromagnetic plate and motor for teppanyaki grill equipments. German Infinon power module and NEC rectifier are used inside this heating system. The circuit board material is in conformity with UL and ROHS certification, the master chip is with imported 32's DSP digital processing unit, and the 6-layered heat resistant insulative material makes the motor work for a much longer time. Electromagnetic radiation is only 18k-35k, which is much lower than the European standard limit of 100k.

The built-in Air Blower and built-in Purifier are options for our customers. The built-in air-blower has high temperature resistant and low noise. The Fume Purifier is Supar Brand specially designed for our Teppanyaki Grill Table. It can absorb fume particles with diameter of over 0.1um in diameter with processing efficiency of 93%-97%. The purifier has high and low voltage dust collecting plate separation technology, which makes the part easy for cleaning. Also utilized with advanced point discharging technology and power-off protection device for output disorder, this purifier has been approved by ISO 9001-2008, CE, CSA certifications.

The decoration of the Teppanyaki Grill Table is vary from marble to wood grain iron sheets for the customers. And each unit of teppanyaki grill table is packed in standard wooden case before shipment.
