2. Measurement and adjustment of the track:

(2) the elevation of the track can be measured by the level instrument.
(3) the span of the track can be inspected by a steel tape measure or an infrared measuring instrument. The allowable deviation of the bridge crane gauge is plus or minus 5mm. The longitudinal inclination of the track is 1/1500 and the relative elevation of the two tracks is 10mm.
(4) the rail joint, orbit can be made directly to the head, also can be made into 45 ° inclined joint Angle. The oblique connector can make the wheels move smoothly at the head. The gap of general joint is 1 ~ 2mm, in cold area should consider the influence of temperature to aperture, generally 4 ~ 6mm. The height of the two tracks at the head shall not be greater than 1mm.
