The traditional mechanical trimming device can’t achieve the precise trimming, resulting in the cut selvedge is too wide, wasting fabric, especially during the production of different width of the fabric, when worker need to adjust cutter manually and the operation is very complicated.

Automatic tracking trimming system can automatically track the edge of the fabric position, so that the cutter is always in the edge of the edge to be cut, to achieve precision trimming, the cut edge control to a minimum, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing fabric costs. This system is equipped with Techmach high-precision wide infrared sensor, to meet the customer production of different width of the fabric, without the need to manually adjust the trimming device position.
