Process Instruction:
First, pre-treatment.
Pump your raw material oil to the pre-treatment tank. Here the used oil will be heated to 100 ℃ and the water will be evaporated. If we pump cold oil directly to the distillation reactor, then the pressure inside the reactor will rise immediately and dramatically. That’s very dangerous.
Second, heating.
Pump the hot oil into the distillation reactor and start heating. Under high temperature, the used oil will change to oil vapor or oil gas form and rise into the fractionating tower.
Third, catalytic and fractionating.
In fractionating tower, the impurities will be absorbed. Light fraction will continue rising and go to the cooling system. Heavy fraction will sink down, that’s heavy oil.
Fourth, cooling down.
When light fraction go through the condensers, as the temperature drops, it will change to liquid form again and flow into the temporary storage tank.
Fifth, filtering.
Pump the oil from temporary tank to heating and blending tank, put active clay,heat to 80 ℃. Mix them and stir automatically. This can improve the color and remove the smell.
Finally, store the refined oil.
Finally use plate filter to filter out the used clay and store the refined oil.
Waste gas recycling system. There will be some combustible gas generated from the system and can’t cooled down. These gas will go through anti-fire device and pipes to the heating furnace and burned by gas nozzle as a fuel. No pollution and can save fuel.

There is a waste gas recycle system.Waste gas will go through water seal and pipes to the heating chamber to heat the reactor again. If there is extra waste gas, it will be burnt by the gas nozzles.

Some weak acid water will be produced in the process,but it's easy to handle.(50 kg from 1 ton oil)
