3. Equipped with a precision high-speed spindle of 100-24000rpm, frequency conversion G command to control the spindle speed, spindle motor power of 1.5Kw;
4. Equipped with 10-station fast tool change system, the fastest tool change time is 4S, and the air pressure is 0.6 Mpa, which can greatly improve the processing efficiency and machining accuracy of complex products;
5. C3 grade precision double-nut ball screw is adopted, after medium and frequency heat treatment and precision grinding, each shaft is pre-tensioned to reduce thermal deformation, and the positioning and repeat accuracy is high;
6. The XYZAC axis adopts servo motor, and the fastest moving speed is 10000mm/min;
7. The machine adopts Renishaw laser interferometer for accurate detection to ensure the accuracy of each axis backlash and ensure the positioning accuracy;
8. With industrial cold cooling system, equipped with 5-axis electronic hand pulse with three adjustable levels, which greatly facilitates operation and tool setting, and the machine is equipped with an automatic intermittent lubrication system;
