FAQ
1.what's the printing cost?
Usually,1.25ml ink can support to print a A3 full size image.Printing cost is very low.
2.where can I buy the spare parts and inks?
Our factory provide spare parts and inks as well,you can buy from our factory directly or other suppliers in your local market if it is fit for our machine.
3.How do we use the printer?
We will send the manual and teaching video with the package of the printer to you. please read the manual and watch the teaching video before using the machine and operate strictly flowing the instructions.
We will train you no more than two days face to face for free if you are willing wo come our factory. we also offer excellent after-sale service.
4.what about maintenance of the printer?
we s est to power on the printer once a day. If you don't use the printer more than 3 days, please clean the print head with cleaning liquid and put it in the protective cartridges in the printer (protective cartridges are specially used for protect print head)
5.What about the warranty?
Our factory provide one year warranty: any parts (except print head, ink pump and ink cartridges) with problems under normal using, will be replaced another new one within one year. Beyond one year, only charge at cost.
