BT-150J PCD & CBN Tool Grinders is reliable in performance and easy to be operated. It requests very little manual skill and can grind PCD, PCBN and CVD insert; It can also grind carbide and HSS non-standard blades, standard or non-standard welding lathe tool, machine blades, boring cutter, grooving cutter and other various tools.
I. Features:
1. Mechanical Structure: base of machine tools are made of high quality single-casting, main components weight is 1.6 tons. It can meet grinding requirements of any super-hard material. Tool axis with high precision and strong rigidity, with the use of the air brake, the work efficiency can be improved greatly.
2. Grinding Spindle: With high precision and frequency control speed, the spindle power is 4.5Kw, max speed is 4000r/min. The inner of spindle is cooled by recycling water. The Spindle enjoys a long life bearing due to Germany made bearing (Barden Company FAG). The axial run-out is 0.002mm and radial run-out is 0.003mm.
3. Feed Wheel: The feed wheel includes rapid feed and precision feed. The feed rate is 0.5mm/turn and feed 3mm/turn respectively.
4. Wheel Oscillation: The grinding wheel oscillation is controlled by PLC program and move very smoothly. Oscillation length, position and frequency are adjustable on the panel;
5. CCD Measurement: Tool CCD image can be displayed, observed and measured on line with help of hairline.
6. Declination Lock: The grinding spindle declines along the circular guide smoothly and radial lock can be made, greatly enhancing the rigidity of the equipment. After declination, the center line of the grinding wheel keeps the same height due to special mechanical design,so coarse and fine grinding can be made without declination adjustment.
II. Technical Breakthrough
1. Two Working Position: due to this design, the grinding can be easily operated and observed. Water splashing can be avoided when special tools are ground.
2. No vertical axis: vertical shaft lifting is not necessary because of height adjusting fixture on the workbench, greatly enhances the stability and rigid of the equipment.
