MIDAS H2S scavenger is a proven inhibitor aid for use in hydrochloric acid in treating sour wells which contain hydrogen sulfide gas.
H2S SCAVENGER removes the H2S from the acid by reacting to form stable compounds.
Normal concentration range for this additive is 0.5 to 3.0 volume percent (5 to 30 gallons per 1000 gallons acid).
