The high performance horizontal kneading machine is a two-oar kneading machine with a horizontal alignment, which can handle high viscosity mixtures. These kneading machines are characterized by their kneading principles, which enable them to adapt to a wide range of applications: from producing low-viscosity adhesives (hot melt glue) to high-viscosity rubber mixtures.
The excellent kneading and dispersion of the high performance kneading machine are based on the meshing principle of the combined slurry. The speed ratio of the kneading blade is 3:2. This will produce an alternate motion between the surface of a leaf that is far from each other. This produces high pressure and shear force, resulting in high friction in the material, resulting in dense mixing and fine dispersion.
HKS is the kneading machine of z-shaped kneading paste. In the case of HKS, the distance between the kneading slurry axis is greater than that of the blade. Therefore, the kneading blade does not have an inverse effect. The kneading blade rotates in the opposite direction, making the material from the side wall of the kneading basin to the center of the kneading basin or the opposite direction in a continuous motion according to the direction of rotation. The speed ratio of kneading blade is 5:3. The different rotational speed of the kneading blade rotating in the opposite direction creates high pressure, thus achieving dense mixing.
All HKS and HKD series machines have heating/cooling interlayer.
The material is discharged through a tilting kneading basin or through unloading screw. The two series of kneading machines are driven directly by the gear motor. Inverter can be stepless speed regulation.
