Parts of mechanical motion adopts import servo motor and high precision ball screw, which guarantee the high efficiency and high precision. Winding method is flying fork winding, six working stations rotary cutting and ejection. This model of coil winding machine is one of the most efficient in whole industry.











Main function:


1. The machine consist of wire winding group, wire storing group, wire clamping group, wire cutting group, coil transferring group, module feeding group, module welding group, collecting group.


2. It can wind different shapes of coils, which heating and fusing wire at the same time.


3. The outer diameter and the number of turns of the coil are optional.


4. The module is feed by high precision vibrator.


5. Use double pulse current inverter welding machine to weld the module and the coil.


6. Collect coils automatically after welding.


7. Main control system: PLC+ high precision servo system +HMI, parameters and program can be saved and called freely.


8. The output rate can be recorded. When the output rate reaches to the Pre-set value, machine can stop automatically. Running cycle and total running time will be displayed on the HMI.
