Rustoper (corrosion terminator)VCI anti rust liquid is a kind of unique water-based anti-corrosion,may protect iron and nonferrous products and equipment from rusting even if they are placed in the liquid containing more than 400ppm of chloride.The product may prevent metal products from rusting in plain water,sea water,saline water and other strongly corrosive solutions containing sulfide and halogen for a long-term.ln addition,It is extensively applied to the marine as well as to the operation on plain water and sea requiring antirust at low cost.The product added to special microelements may be directly used for producing excellent,efficient and green VCI paper.

Applicable Metals:

It is applicable to ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, plated metal, zinc and its alloy, chrome and its alloy, cadmium and its alloy, nickel and its alloy, tin and its alloy, aluminum and its alloy, and other metal materials and their products.

Application Method:

1.Cleaning before using coating machine, apply proper amount of this product is injected into the liquid tank.

2.According to the speed of the coating machine, the number of coating roll, paper weight and density, adjust the scraper, get the ideal coating amount.

3.Take 80g paper for example, the amount of 9-12gsm/m2 of the product that can guarantee the good rust proof paper under the usual circumstances.

4.Unused antirust liquid should be timely back to the original packaging barrels sealed if the liquid contains the scraps of paper and other rubbish impurities, put into other packaging container.

Validity Period of Antirust:

Short-term antirust: two~three weeks (uncovered)

Long-term antirust: one~two years (use according to required specifications)

Custody and Storage:

With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
