CBN flap disc

CBN flap disc has characteristics of high efficiency grinding, good wear resistance, high surface quality and friendly environmental . The hardness of CBN is worse than the diamond, and thermal stability of CBN is much higher than that of the diamond. CBN has a greater chemical inertia for Fe family metal and alloy tools. So CBN abrasive processing of ferrous metals and their metal materials is unmatched by other common abrasives. This provide a new means of processing hard and tough material that is difficult to process.

CBN flap disc type:  The CBN flap wheel disc have dry and wet two type, and wet grinding is better. CBN flap wheel disc usually grit is 60-400#( generally rough grinding recommended grit 120-200#).

Abrasive grain size 50#-1000#
