1. Advantages Of Property

Epoxy resin adhesive DY-E609 is kind of double components adhesive produced under the new environmental technology and exquisite craft, with the characteristcs of low odour, environmental, non-toxic and good insulation, resistance of oil, water, acid and alkali, and super high strength.

2. Application

The super-strong, gap-filling epoxy adhesive for household, workshop, industry. Long worklife and chemical resistant. Bonds most materials to themselves or to one another, especially for metal, wood, glass, ceramics, rigid plastics, concrete.

4. Application Method

(1). Make sure the surfaces to be joined are clean, dry and from grease, roughen smooth, glossy surfaces.

(2). Pierce ends of tubes using cap. Mix A with B in the Proportion of 1:1. Mix thoroughly and use within 90 minutes (18-24ºC room temperature).

(3). Apply mix to both joint surfaces. Assemble parts and hold together with clamps, tape, string or weights etc. for at least 6 hours, the newly bonded joint can be handled after 12 hours.

5. Precautions

(1). To keep work site well ventilated and avoid any contact with children.

(2). In case of any contact with skin and eyes during operation, immediately clean them with water or treat them according to doctor’s advice.

(3). To store them in dry, cool and well ventilated place far away from high temperature.

(4). To carry out preliminary test in case of batch use to avoid bonding quality due to improper operation.
