The gas cylinder cabinet is Metal container which can use to increase the local exhausting and ventilating and protect the cylinder from fire outside as well as protecting surrounding objects from internal fire. The gas cylinder cabinet also has the function of isolating high temperature and protecting the personal safety. Products is not only beautiful but also have a variety of fuctions, such as automatic alarm of air leakage and electric leakage, automatic timing exhausting, etc..

1.Full steel structure. The cabinet is made of high quality cold rolled plate. After process of hydraulic forming, ion welding, pickling and phosphating, laboratory specific epoxy powder, electrostatic spraying, and 180 degrees high temperature curing, it can be bear strong acid and alkali.

2.The cabinet made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate. The surface of the steel plate was treated with phosphating and high temperature oven curing. Phosphating treatment: By removing the oil and rust after phosphating of steel plate ,there will be a protective film forms on the surface. This film will make the anti-corrosion effect more durable.

3.The gas cylinder cabinet is equipped with a gas cylinder hoop to prevent the gas cylinder from falling. The visualization window is using 5mm thick flat glass.

5.Alarm (optional): Special combustible gas detector can be used to detect combustible gas (such as methane, acetylene, gas, hydrogen, etc.), chlorine, oxygen, inert gas, etc.. Using the air diffusion sampling, when the concentration reached the point setting by the chip, it will automatically alarm.

6.The cabinet is equipped with exhaust system which is connected with alarm device by a wire line. The exhaust device will start automatically within 5 seconds after the alarming. The exhaust device will help dilute combustible gas until the concentration reduced to point setting by the chip.

7.The movable turning plate is made of a steel plate which is processed by phosphating treatment on it’s surface. And the movable turning plate work together with the fixed hinge, which is convenient for the loading and unloading of the gas cylinder.

8.Gas cylinder cabinet is equipped with microcomputer timer switch and gas sensor. The gas sensing probe can monitor the air leakage of the gas cylinder and automatically discharge wind and alarm.
