 Avoiding all damages that could happen in the delivery process.Then we'll covered plastic wrap out

it tightly,make sure intact of the covered soft materials,also avoiding Waterproof and rust proof.

3.The outmost is wooden case with fixed formwork.4.The bottom of the wooden case has firm iron

jack,convenient to Handling and transport.

2. I am new to CNC, how difficult are your machines to operate?

 

We help a lot of beginners in CNC, if you have a reasonable knowledge of computers and are willing to spend a little time

learning it is not that bad.We can also offer installation and operator training service upon request. Clients have to responsible

for the expenses on traveling, food and accommodation.

 

3. How do you send your CNC wood router?

They are firstly greased thoroughly and packaged in plywood case. Usually, we send machine by ship, sometimes, as customer's

requirement, send by air or by train. When the goods arrive at your sea port or destination, you can pick up goods with the bill of

lading we offered. Or we can arrange the cargo agent to send goods to your door.

4. How is your waranty and service?

 

After clients purchased our products, our sales with contact with clients frequently, to help clients solve any problem regarding to

our products. Also, we recommend clients to prepare some spare parts. We can also send spare parts and wearing parts to clients

who need them urgently. Clients can also send defective parts to us for maintenance.

 

All our CNC router, laser engraving machine, and plasma cutting machines are provided with one year warranty, during which some

components and parts can be replaced free of charge.

 

5. How do you make the machine to cut parts? Is it easy?

 

CNC Controller, the motion control software we use, is based on standard G-codes. The G-codes provide a source code comprised

of inches and axis movements which can be edited and understood by others. Most CAM packages will generate G-codes from the

drawings you create. What you need is to create program from CAM software.
