3. Good use of materials, reasonable processing and heat treatment technology, high mechanical properties of components, good abrasion resistance and long service life:
The wire wheel, straightening wheel, forming wheel and so on adopt high quality alloy steel, and by vacuum heat treatment, the hardness is as high as hrc60-62, which has high abrasion resistance and long service life. The shaft class adopts 40Cr, 45 # steel, and is processed by adjustment, its comprehensive mechanical properties are high, and the gears are all adopted 40Cr and 45 # steel forging, with high frequency hardening of the adjustment and tooth surface, hardness of hrc52-55.
