Add different quantities yttria(Y2O3) (such as 5 mol, 7 mol, 9 mol, 13 mol) in high purity zirconia, after special electric-fusion process, yttria partially stabilized zirconia be made. It be used in zirconia refractory material, plasma spraying, sizing nozzle in steel-making industry, filling materal of induction furnace insulating layer, coating material of making Ti alloy, zirconia products, alumina sheet surface spraying, oxygen permeable membrane ceramic ring etc.
