Application:
The roller mill is the main equipment for milling section in flour mills. It mainly depends on a pair of differential transmission and relative rotation rolls to break wheat, meanwhile, scrapes endosperm from wheat bran, then endosperm grinding into flour. The material can be extruded, sheared and broken during the equipment working and so as to achieve a certain grinding effect, each roller mill has two independent drive, feeding, and grinding systems and play their functions in the flour passages.

Features:
1) Rolls lay out horizontally, the material is easy to grinding area, and rolls are easier assembly, disassembly and maintenance;
2) Pneumatically control rolls clutch operating, servo feeding device enables rolls and feed rolls clutch operating and running automatically, feed door open degree can be adjusted automatically according to the material level;
3) The machine can be controlled independently or be controlled concentrated;
4) The fast and slow grinding rolls are driven by triple-wheel teeth wedge belts with advantages of no jump teeth, no deflection, smooth operation, and low noise;
5) Teeth wedge belt tensioning device structure, using elastic automatic compensation to improve the service life of the belts;
6) Self-aligning roller bearings are used for the grinding rolls to ensure highly concentric precise with rolls running, and keep high speeds and roll pressure;
7) High quality double heads centrifugally casted rolls with dynamically balancing testing ensure smooth running and long service life; 
8) Roll groups have set self-sustaining a variety of self stress, can be highly accurately controlled roll gap and remain stable; 
9) Fine-tuning roll gap structure ensures operation simple and labor-saving, the small cylinder locking hand wheel is easy to operate; 
10) Negative air flow pressure device can improve the feeding condition, reduce rolls and materials temperature, and improve grinding efficiency; 
11) Natural discharge structure can clean up the fouling behind the feed rolls with simple and fast;
12) Scraper cleaning is cleaner and easily adjustment, protects rolls, and reduces power consumption;
13) Cast iron base can reduce vibration and noise, side frames are made by high-quality steel plate welded, side frame and base with high strength bolts connected;
14) It is easy and convenient for cover opening and closing due to door structure;
15) The completely enclosed structure is adopted for the machine, safe and beautiful; the static electric sprayed paint technology is used in surface treatment.
