Short circuit current of testing power is from 5-15mA.  
With widely testing range of resistance from 0.5MΩ-200GΩ. High accuracy and definition.
Testing voltage from 0.25,0.5,1,2.5,5, 10kV can be selected.
With the function of timing and time noted, remind user recording, and analyze aborption ratio and polarization index of test object.
