Components:
First, Working arm
It adopts modular design. The big arm and small arm can be replaced on site, so it can be used in different working sections.
It uses high performance hydro-cylinder and NOK sealing system, flexible, better buffering effect, faster mucking speed and longer lifetime.
Scraper ground plate, side plate and enhanced plate adopts wear resistant material, so it can reduce the friction of side arm, improve the lifetime. The bucket tooth is exclusively used in mucking loader and has better interchangeability.
The arm adopts large cross section box design, has good structural strength to suit the working of high hardness rocks.
Second, Electrical control system
It adopts LCD screen to display clearly the voltage and current, and has online monitoring function.
It has fault record function, and user can check the fault on the screen.
It has overvoltage protection, less-voltage protection, overload protection, leakage protection and so on.
Third, Chassis
It's box type structure, high rigidity, it has excellent bending and distortion resistance performance under heavy load, this enhances the working stability greatly. The structure is separated into two parts which are connected by high strength rustproof bolts, so it can be easily transported under the shaft.
It adopts high single tooth crawler with good road holding performance and small ground pressure, which improves climbing ability and walking stability.
According to different working conditions, user can choose different structure chassis and equip low speed high torque motor, and can also widen crawler inner width and ground clearance.
Fourth, Conveying trough
It is welded by high rigidity Manganese plate, the bottom plate adopts high abrasive resistance material to extend the lifetime. It adopts split type design and high strength rustproof bolts, in this case it will be easier to go into roadway and transport underground the mine.
The entrance of conveying trough adopts duckbill type design, to achieve good material collecting and loading effect.
According to different working conditions, user can equip scraper blade and chain system.
According to the difference of deslag equipment following the trough, we can customize the trough specially for users, for example increasing dumping height, increasing dumping distance, etc.
