Application: This product is a polyene antifungal drug. It has broad spectrum antifungal activity and high antibacterial activity to Candida. Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus, mucormycosis, Microsporum, capsula, plasmaphos, dermatitis and dermophytes are also sensitive to this product. This product can be combined with the sterols on the fungal cell membrane, causing changes in the permeability of the cell membrane so that the important cell contents are lost and play an antifungal role. Oral administration is used for the treatment of alimentary candidiasis.
