ZTP series of one type ordinary hydraulic stretcher
Scope of use: large equipment, such as ships, steel, petrochemical, electric power, etc.
Working principle:
The bolt stretcher is usually composed of a hydraulic pump, a high pressure hose, a pressure gauge and a stretcher. The hydraulic pump is a power source, the pressure gauge reacts to the pump's output pressure, and the high pressure hose is connected to the hydraulic pump and the stretcher. The stretcher is an actuating element to realize the tension of the bolt. It is mainly composed of piston cylinder, piston, support bridge and tensile nut.
When working, the high pressure oil produced by the hydraulic oil pump is transported to the hydraulic cylinder by the high pressure hose. In under the action of high pressure oil, produced by the hydraulic cylinder tensile force and the role of the bolt is preloaded with the piston rod, and then continue to move, the bolt tension reaches a predetermined elongation (in the range of elastic limit), then tighten the nut, the bolt loose load, finish the pretension working bolt.
