JC-D915 specification for added thermal conductive sealant

Product characteristics and Applications
JC-D915 is a low viscosity flame retardant two component addition silicone thermal conductive potting adhesive, which can be solidified at room temperature or heated and solidified. The higher the temperature is, the quicker the curing is. No heat release, no corrosion, no production of any by-products, can be applied to the surface of PC (Poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC and other materials and metals. It is suitable for the insulation of electronic parts, waterproof and damp proof, mildew proof and dustproof, fixed components, chemical resistant medium, yellowing resistance and weathering resistance. Full compliance with EU ROHS directive requirements.

Three. The use of Technology:
Before 1., the A component and the B component are fully stirred in the respective containers.
When the 2. is mixed, the A component should be observed: the B component = the weight ratio of 9:1.
3. JC-D915 can be carried out according to the need of deaeration.  The A and B mixture evenly into the vacuum container, under 0.08MPa deaeration for 5 minutes, can be used in.
4., the curing time should be maintained above the temperature given before and after the curing process. If the thickness of the application is thicker, the curing time may exceed. All can be cured at room temperature or by heating. The curing speed of adhesive is affected by curing temperature. It takes a long time to solidify in the winter. It is recommended to be cured by heating method, curing for 15 minutes at 80~100 degrees centigrade, and generally curing for 8 hours at room temperature.

!! The following substances may hinder the curing of the product, or cause the unsolidified phenomenon. Therefore, after the simple experimental validation is applied, it is necessary to clean the application part if necessary.

The above performance data were measured at 25 degrees C, and the relative humidity was 55% cured after 1 days. The company is not responsible for the difference of the test conditions or the data caused by the product improvement.

Five. Note:
1, the glue should be sealed and stored. The mixed glue should be used up once and avoid waste.
2, this product is a non dangerous product, but not the entrance and eye.
3. After storage for a period of time, the glue may be stratified. Please stir well and use it without affecting the performance.
4, the chemical substance below the glue will make some type of silica gel not solidified:
1) organotin compounds and silicone rubber containing machine tin.
2) sulphur, sulfides, and sulfur containing rubber and other materials.
3) amines and amines.
In the use of the process, please be careful to avoid contact with the above material.

Seven, storage and transportation:
1. the storage period of this product is 1 years (below 25 degrees C).
2. this kind of product belongs to non dangerous goods and can be transported according to the general chemical.
3. products that exceed the time limit of preservation shall be confirmed to be available without exception.
