“TV2000-7”The 4 ball mill jars of planetary ball mill is located at the center point of the planetary disc in a symmetrical position,When planetary disc move in turn, around the center line chart of mill tank while rotating around the axis against the direction of rotation, the planetary disc and the ball mill jars speed ratio is 1:2. The media balls in the ball mill is influenced by the double superposition of the strong rotation and the deflection force when the ball mill is moving together.The ball mill jars and media balls produce powerful friction and impact force because of the difference in the velocity of motion, producing great energy.It is the great energy that makes the planetary ball mill have a great effect on the crushing of the material.
