Characteristics and uses: white to yellow fine crystals. There is a bitter taste.  Anhydrous products rapidly absorb 4% of the moisture in air. Thermal stability (170 degrees). It is stable in air in dry state, can be preserved for a long time, and is dyed slowly by moisture absorption. The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 3.13. The pH value of water solution is more stable when the pH value is 2-4. When the pH value is above 5.5, the heating is unstable. The ultraviolet light breaks down. Melting at about 248 degrees and partially decomposing. It is very easy to dissolve in water (1: 1). Nutritional supplements can be added to white rice, wheat flour, bread, noodles, soy sauce, dairy products, margarine, cakes, refreshing drinks, jam and other foods. Because this product is water-soluble and is easily decomposed under alkaline, it has great loss in food processing and cooking, and the odor occurs.
