  i Horizon Flux cored wire is an innovative brazing material especially designed for electrical compontents, it can braze easily joins between Cu-Al, Al-Al, copper wire and aluminum sheet. The brazing alloy has chemical composition up to 99% simliar to imported allooys and it's completely in conformity to the RoHS standard. The flux inside is a combination from different kinds of fluoride, non corrosive and very stable in normal atmosphere, so it can be kept in stock for long time without problem.

   Horizon flux cored wire is especially s est for the Al-Al brazing. It can guarantee high resistance and feew chemical residue after brazing. For components with special brazing joints, we can provide alloy in wire or sheet form, matched with suitable flux in paste, which will be an easy solution for operators.
