Fiberglass reinforced polyester(F.R.P):Use high quality rubber ,unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber as raw material,Produce with standardized mould.FRP products are unfading with features of smooth surface,color uniformity and anti-aging.
Motor:Use special motor of fully closing cooling tower,Protection level is IP54,sealed well.It is Suitable for running in hot and humid environment,with Low running noise and long lifetime.
Fan:Wide blade,forward type,space warps,slow speed,axis flow are the features of Fan.slow speed,large air flow,low running noise,good dynamic balance are the advantages.Adjustable beam angle for Fan,that could meet the different requirements for air flow,noise aspect,etc.
Speed reducer: Reducer casing use imported bearing and triangle belt,which make the cooling tower speed reducer running stability,low noise and long life.
Infill:It is made of high quality PVC plain film heated processed with hot water and die-casting.Unique oblique wave design,make the air flow and water flow on the filing evenly distributed,significantly improve heat exchange performance.The infill is anti-UV,anti-flaming,cold resistance,chemical resistance.
Sprinkler head:Produced by superior quality alluminum alloy and high quality engineering plastic,inside imported bearing,easy install,well compactness,running steadily,long life.
Water storage basin:Design for high water content and high water level,avoid no water while opening machine,guarantee equipment good running.
