What is black garlic?
Black garlic is produced by fermentation under specialized conditions of heat and humidity for many weeks.This fermentation technique has been used from thousands of years ago.
Our black garlic,all select finest garlic to produce,there are no additives and preservatives added in it . 
Conventional Garlic contains sugars and amino acids. When the garlic through fermentation, these sugars and amino acids produce melanoidin, a dark-colored substance that is reason for the color of black garlic.
Compare with conventional white garlic,black garlic taste is sweet and odorless ,not acrid and pungent. 
It is nearly twice as many antioxidants as raw garlic. It also contains S-Allycysteine, which has been proven to be a factor in cancer prevention.
