Application scope

Microporous ceramic filter tubes are widely used in the environmental protection of industrial enterprises such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, thermoelectric, cement, medicine, paper making and other industrial enterprises, such as solid and liquid separation, gas and liquid separation, powder transportation, oil and water separation, liquor separation, air filtration, circulating water filtration and so on. The ceramic membrane filter tube is especially suitable. It is used for filtration of boiler dust removal wastewater and slag water. Microporous ceramics are ceramic bodies with large openings or closed pores in the interior or surface of ceramics, and their pore sizes are generally micron or sub micron.

Microporous ceramic filter core is divided into two groups: 50 to 75% diatomite, 8 to 20%, 5 to 10%, 5 to 15%, and 1.5 to 5%, and calcined at temperature 600~1300 at temperature after mixing, mixing and forming. Microporous ceramic filter core is mainly used for fine filtration, antibacterial and activation treatment of drinking water, at the same time, it can remove heavy metal ions in water and fully remove the residual chlorine, organic chemicals, color and odor in the water. By using the filter core, the mineralized, purified and activated drinking water can be obtained. It can be applied to water purifier, barreled water and separate water supply, etc., and it can also be applied to other occasions that have corresponding requirements for water supply.
