The front side : Aluminum coated with polyester resin or PVDF resin. 
   Core : Nontoxic low density polyethylene (LDPE).

   The back side : Aluminum coated with polyester resin or in mill finish.

   Thickness : 2mm, 3mm, 4mm & 6mm 

   Width : 1220mm, 1250mm, 1575mm 2000 mm

   Length : 2440mm, 3050mm & 3200mm (max.5meter) 

   Additional colors are available upon customers`request.

Material: 
a) Front: aluminum alloy sheet coated with fluoro-carbon resin 
(PVDF) or polyester resin (PE) roasting painting 
b) Core: Normal PE Core (Fire class B2) / Fire Resistance PE Core (Fire class B1)
c) Back: aluminum alloy sheet coated with protective film
d) Aluminum alloy sheet optional thickness: 0.08mm, 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm 0.21mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm, and 0.5mm available.

Dimensions: 
Standard size: 3mm*1220mm x 2440mm (Thickness x width x Length) or 4mm*1220mm x 2440mm
Panel thickness: 3mm (usually for interior wall ) , 4mm (usually for exterior wall) Non standard sizes are available: width 730mm - 1550mm,length: maximum 6000mm
