◆ RXX TBzTD has been developed as a safe secondary amine accelerator.

◆ N-Nitrosodibenzylamine is not carcinogenic, according to published literature.

◆ RXX TBzTD is a fast curing primary or secondary accelerator in NR SBR and NBR applications. In EPDM, RXX  TBzTD is a valuable secondary accelerator (booster).

◆ In mercaptan modified polychloroprene vulcanized with ETU, RXX TBzTD acts as a scorch retarder without affecting the cure speed.

Use

TBZTD-75 is an ultra-fast vulcanizing accelerator suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It can also be used as a vulcanizing agent for sulfur-free or low-sulfur curing systems.

TBzTD-75 is used as an ultra-fast vulcanizing accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber with high processing safety. The curing rate is fast and the curing range is narrow. Pay attention to the curing time and temperature when using, and avoid insufficient curing or over-curing. The addition of accelerators containing sulfides or thiamines can reduce the curing rate.

TBZTD -75 can be used as the main accelerator in the sulfur-containing curing system, and can also be used as a co-accelerator with thiazoles, and can be used as the curing agent in the sulfur-free curing system. Vulcanized products have good heat resistance and aging resistance.

TBZTD-75 does not produce carcinogenic Nitrosamine during use. It is non-toxic, non-polluting, non-flying and easily dispersed. Suitable for automatic weighing, to ensure accurate weighing.
