Product Description
According to the characteristics of carpet production and current production conditions from the assembly line carpet compound out into the storage - rectification - feed - cut - discharge - finished products - Waste eight units. 3. 4. Cutting: two-stage cutting, the first section drops, the second section concentrated pressure, to high-pressure cutting, this method cutting material knife edge neat, increase mechanical life. Because the conveyor belt replaces the backing plate to cut down the carpet, the conveyor belt cutting trace is the shallowest, surrounded by a mechanical limit, regardless of the circumstances of punching depth is controlled.
The cutting depth can be controlled by PLC, and the depth can be controlled by digital display according to the cutting condition. The precision is 0.01 mm.
5. Mould: Automatically install and replace the mold, machine opens and installs the mold mode, the mold is placed on the conveyor belt to the lower part of the main machine, the upper workbench down to the conveyor belt, both sides of the clamping block to the middle mold is automatically fixed.
Six. Discharge: the carpet is automatically delivered after cutting, and the structure is the same as the feeding part.
Seven, finished product: the carpet on the conveyor belt is sent out with a pair of rollers behind. Tighten the finished product, start up the discharging device and push the finished product down, then drop it on the conveyor belt. The height of the finished product conveyor belt is 600 mm and the length is 4000 mm.
Eight, scrap: (two options)
1. Remaining scrap of finished product is pressed by opposite roll and drooping into scrap cutting device automatically. The scrap is cut off once before cutting, and the scrap enters the collecting basket automatically.
2. The finished product is rolled up with the remaining gas being collected by the gas expansion shaft, and the tension control is ensured to synchronize with the front.
