4-20mA Signal Conditioner Introduction
SY 4-20mA-P is a two-wire 4-20mA analog signal acquisition chip, belongs to SY 4-20mA series products. It contains internal signal acquisition, conditioning and conversion circuits coupled. A very small input equivalent resistance, so that this circuit can be collected from the sensor signal to achieve ultra-wide range (7.5 ~ 32V) voltage to meet the users do not need an external auxiliary power supply and the realization of long-distance signal, no transmission distortion. The IC output is 24VDC and sampling for the resistance (load resistance) in series two-wire loop-powered design, and with the current commonly used analog input interface board (upper plane), PLC, DCS, and other commonly used for analog instrumentation input port to match. And can meet the temperature, humidity, vibration and other harsh industrial on-site environmental requirements. SY 4-20mA-P product is very convenient, just add a 2KΩ to the multi-turn potentiometer ADJ correction, you can achieve the two-wire 4-20mA signal transmission function.
