Description 

The radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable belts, which are mainly used for Steel pipe anti-corrosion and repair of oil and gas pipeline joints. At present, our company has three layers of reinforced and two-layer heat shrinkable belts (sleeve) and Plastic welder. We have acquired the patents certificate. 

The H.S.S is composed by a radiation cross-linked PE substrate, hot melt adhesive. Huashida company use a unique hot melt adhesive formula to ensure the adhesive strength of the product and construction quality. It is easy to operation of the new design of the heat shrinkable belt (sleeve) on-site construction. It wast short time to rapidly shrink, and cost lower. It is also with excellent waterproof vapor permeability, chemical resistance, insulation and aging resistance, etc. It is the  ideal material for pipeline anti-corrosion insulation project.

This Sleeve is suitable for 3PE steel pipe, 2PE steel pipe, epoxy powder coating, PE insulation jacket pipe and polyethylene water and drainage.

The HSS made by HSD according to the requirements of the GB/T23257-2009 standard and the oil & gas industry standard SY/T4054-2003. Also meet the requirements of international standards such as EN12068, DIN30672, and ASTM D1000.

Remark:

• Sleeve Thickness:

Pipe Diameter<=400:  Backing thickness>=1.2mm, Adhesive Thickness>=1.0mm

Pipe Diameter>=400:  Backing thickness>=1.5mm, Adhesive Thickness>=1.0mm

Thickness of sleeve :1.2-3.0mm, width 50-700mm (we can made)

2. On the basic of the original product(heat shrinkable sleeve/belt with 2 layers) Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed the 3-layer fiber reinforced PE heat shrinkable sleeve/belt. It is composed of cross-linked polyethylene back, a middle layer of fiber and special heat melt adhesive. The 3 layer reinforced sleeve/belt gives better shrink ratio, and better strength. It is resistant to corrosion, wear, impact, UV and aging, easier to be operated. The heat shrinkage of 2layers is 25%-35%, 3layes is 45-50%.
