2. Technical festures of equipment

1)Heating system: this heating system advatages is high heat efficiency, small heat loss, high heating speed . And the configuration of fuel burning heat exchanger can control the size of input heat energy, thus ensuring the stability of the whole system works.

2)Distillation system: this system adopts the heat exchanger, greatly improving the production effect, and saving fuel.Rectification tower internal unique structure design, greatly improve the quality of distillate of income;On both ends of the condenser shell and tube condenser design, can be easily open, convenient for daily cleaning maintenance.

3)Exhaust gas recycling system, can do not the recycling of the waste gas to use within the furnace combustion, such not only can solve the direct emissions to the environment pollution, also can largely save fuel

4)Dust removal system: it is effective to contain sulfur dioxide in flue gas and achive the desulfurization for discharging standard.

5)Intelligent electronic control system: this system has the advantage of the unit in the parameters of temperature, pressure, liquid level, are demonstrated in the digital display electric control cabinet, and overtemperature and overpressure and high-low level display function, greatly reduce the risk caused by human factors and waste.

Technological process:

1)the raw material through the oil pump pumping sedimentation tank, then add the catalyst such as fertilizer, then use air compressor to raw material precipitation precipitation tank of gas injection and then rest 5 hours;

2)After the completion of the precipitation process, the raw material of sedimentation tank sediment discharge, then the raw material for the precipitation after using the oil pump pumping oil distillation kettle;

3)Open distillation circulation pump, then start the fuel heating furnace, the raw material between fuel heating furnace and the distillation kettle heating cycle, when the temperature of the raw material temperature of each fraction, the fraction of gas through the column and catalytic tower and then into the heat exchanger, then into the condenser, oil and gas by gasoline and diesel fuel components, respectively stored in the fuel tank and gasoline tank;

4)Part of the non-condensable gas through a gas tank, backfire into furnace, heat provide system.
