Q: We need my own package and Brand. can you offer the service?
A: yes, we can offer OEM/ODM service for your brand or your design. but we will require an MOQ for different models.

A: Each printer will have 12months warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period if any issue caused by non-artificial damages.we will offer technical supports or helps in your daily use for the lifetime and offer lastest software for your updating.
