Our 4 TPD plant is fully automatic no extra workers are needed. Our design is very innovative we are providing floor system on mounting in large heavy structure. It is very compact design and occupies very less space. On the top floor Calibrator are mounted, in middle floor Horizontal Shelling machine are mounted and in ground floor the scooping separation line are install.

We are providing Four Automatic Line for different grade. It helps in separation easy.

All the shells are separating by our highly technique ROBOT, and all the Unscooped nuts are scooping by impact separator transfer though centrifugal blower from large separator, and again the rest of Unscooped is transfer in CENTRIFUGE. Centrifuge is special technique for scooping used by Vietnamese.

Now we also apply this type of technique it makes very easy to separate wholes from shells.

In Muskaan separation line, 2 large separator (separating 4 different grade of Calibrator) and 3 small separator, 1 impact 4 size, 1 centrifuge-4size, 10 Robot for separating shells, 1roller separator to separate all the Uncut and 1 roller separator specially for separating pure kernels all are work together and helps him this plant to become a fully Automatic and less worker.
