The mashing system is the key part for full set beer brewing machine .

According to different requirements on capacity and actual needs ,the mash system is optional for 2 vessels ,3 vessel ,4 vessels etc . The 2 - 5 sets double layer stainless steel tanks are included ,mash tank ,lauter tun , whirlpool tank , boil tank ,hot water tank etc .

According to different capacity ,the mash system capacity lasts from the micro brewery 50 liters to 10000 liters . The detailed specification should adjust according to different brewing technology and customized actual needs .

The doubly layers of mash system tanks ,valves and pipes are made by stainless steel material . This keeps no rust element to destroy the beer flavor and hygienic condition ,also prolong the equipment using period .

Once put the restaurant counter ,the red copper cladding is also available to make the tank body more elegant .

To meet the different temperature stage requirement in wort mashing period , the heating device (electricity /steam generator heating ) and cooling device (heat plate exchanger ) are needed. And there are insulation polyurethane foam filled between two layers interval .
