The predecessor of the our company is YUCI hydraulic parts factory, founded in 1964, is known as the cradle of China's hydraulic industry.Is China's largest and competitive high-end hydraulic products independent research and development, manufacturing base.

The company integrates research, development and manufacturing of high-end hydraulic products, and is a "high-tech enterprise" recognized by the state. The company has a national enterprise technology center and a post-doctoral research station and maintain its leading position in designing of high-end hydraulic product and controlling of mechanic-electric-hydraulic integration and other fields. The company participated in formulating 21 national and industrial product standards, and obtained 24 invention and practical patents, and won 66 technology progress awards and outstanding new product awards. The company consists of four branches: Hydraulic Pump Branch, Hydraulic Valve Branch, Hydraulic System Branch and Casting Branch, there are three subsidiaries of R&D and manufacturing in Changzhi, Jinan and Shanghai. They produces 3 million units of hydraulic components, 40 thousand sets of hydraulic system equipment, 35 thousand tons of hydraulic castings annually, including high-pressure piston pump, vane pump,gear pump, hydraulic valve, motor, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic system and castings. They mainly used in engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, transportation (locomotives, rail transit, ships), petroleum machinery, metallurgical steel, coal mines, marine engineering, aerospace, water conservancy and power, machine tool industry, chemical equipment and other fields. The company has provided products for national key projects such as the Three Gorges Project, the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the localization of metallurgical slab continuous casting and rolling production line and so on.

The company has imported five-axis combined turning and milling machining center, high-precision five-axis vertical machining center, high-precision grinder, brazing furnace, CNC high-speed friction welding machine and other advanced international and domestic machining equipment, composed of 5 professional production lines for pump body, cylinder block, shaft, disk and plunger, all the key components of plunger pump are self-made, The performance of the product has reached the international advanced level.

The company has introduced a world-class five-axis linkage flexible machining center and other equipments. It has a 6-diameter and 10-way solenoid valve production line, a stacking valve production line, and a small-diameter multi-way valve production line.

It has a high-precision integrated block processing line to meet the manufacturing of high-precision integrated blocks; it has key equipment such as automatic argon arc welding machine, ultrasonic and high-pressure water cleaning equipment, automatic deep-hole boring machine, automatic cleaning air-free spraying room, etc. It can produce different types of hydraulic systems, hydraulic devices and hydraulic cylinders.

The company imports two international advanced fully automatic static pressure molding lines (sand box sizes are 600 x 500 x 200/150 and 900 x 700 x 300/250 respectively). It has various types of cold and hot automatic core shooters, multiple sets of fast smelting intermediate frequency furnace and efficient casting cleaning and grinding equipment.

The company has advanced domestic equipment such as controllable atmosphere production line, pre-vacuum nitriding furnace, well-type furnace, medium frequency quenching machine tool, which can realize normalizing, annealing, modulating, quenching, carburizing, gas nitriding and phosphating of various parts.
