Chamber furnace for debinding and pre-sintering / sintering

The FXL(T) series of debinding and pre-sintering one piece furnace is designed for the debinding, pre-sintering and sintering of electronic components, ceramic materials, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy and other products, as well as heat treatment processes for other materials. The equipment thermal insulation materials are made of high-quality energy-saving imported foam bricks. The heating elements are selected from the imported KTL resistance wire which spiral wound on the corundum pipe heating method, and the heating pipe is installed on five sides of the furnace. The control instrument uses 180 imported Japanese program control instruments. The equipment has the advantages of stable temperature control, superior performance, low energy consumption, and clean furnace. It is very suitable for medium and small batch production and scientific research.

• Japan imported 180 segment programmable temperature controller, LED display PV, SV parameters, can set up to 9 programs, each program 20 curve, can also set 1 * 180 or 2 * 90, etc., PID parameter self-tuning , Over-temperature, burnout alarm and other protection.
• When the door open to take and check the samples the power will be off automatically , and close door the power program will continue execution, with easy operation and high security.
• Over-temperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the set value, it will automatically power off.

• The chamber adopts imported foam bricks wither longer lifespan and higher cleanliness
• Import Kanthal resistance wire wound on the alumina pipes , heated by five side with  excellent uniformity of temperature field, high consistency, good reproducibility , easy replacement, etc features.

•  Double system thermal field control mode, low temperature through preheating system hot air circulation, high temperature heating radiation through five sides of the furnace.

• In the furnace below 600°C, hot air circulation combined with adjustable new air can be added in time to ensure the uniformity of temperature field and timely replacement and discharge of tar requirement in low temperature debinding.
• The heat radiation in the furnace above 600°C by the five-sided heating method ensures the uniformity of the temperature field requirement for high-temperature pre-sintering.
• The debinding device is designed on the top of the furnace, and the unloading port adopts a program-controlled automatic opening and closing mode, which is easy to operate.
•  When the debinding process is completed, the discharging port will automatically close, the new air will automatically stop filling, the hot air circulation system will automatically stop, and the internal stable atmosphere program of the furnace will be used to automatically enter high-temperature sintering. When the temperature is reduced to the specified temperature, the exhaust port is automatically opened, and the new air enters the furnace through the frequency conversion blower to accelerate the cooling rate.
• silicon carbide bearing board with good load bearing and mechanical shock resistance, which can load-bearing up to 200kg or more.
• The furnace chamber design structure is reasonable, and during the use of the equipment, it will not collapse, crack, powder, etc.
• Around the furnace door there is additional fiber rope seal with good sealing effect and there will be no heat leakage, no gas outlet..
