1. Description

ZY6166B Plastic Smoke Density Measuring Instrument is a new type of smoke density measuring equipment developed according to the technical requirements stipulated in the National Standard GB/T8323.2-2008 "Plastic Smoke Generation-Part 2: Test Method for Measuring Smoke Density by Single Chamber Method". The instrument is suitable for measuring the specific optical density of the smoke produced during the combustion of plastics. The density of large specific light is the test result. It is used to assess the smoke performance of plastics under specified conditions.

The whole machine is composed of closed test box, optical measurement system, radiation cone, combustion system, igniter, test box, bracket, thermometer and smoke density testing software. It has high technical content and stable performance. This instrument is suitable for testing all plastics and for evaluating other materials such as rubber, textile covers, painted surfaces, wood and other materials. It is widely used in the plastics industry and scientific research and testing units.
