EQB Automatic Tube Cleaning device
Central air conditioning consumption is a major consumer of buildings and is widely used, such as hospitals, hotel, airports, office building, ect. Why does the Central air conditioning cost large consumption? The reason is that biological fouling, scaling and corrosion build-up. It is the three major processes which reduce the efficiency of a heat exchanger.
As fouling builds up in a Central air conditioning,the condensing temperature and subsequent power consumption increases while the unit cooling capacity decreases. At some point in the operating cycle, the increased cost of power will be very large .

How it works?
The EQB Automatic Tube Cleaning device reverses the direction of the cooling water flow, the brush is pressed through the tube and at the other end it is accepted by the basket. When the cooling water stream is diverted again in the normal direction, also the brush will return into the catch basket located at the delivery end, the inner walls of the tubes thus being cleaned now. continuously cleans the tubes where most fouling appears in 24 hours.
