Air Release Valves are used to release the air that are formed in pipelines. Steady air release can avoid pressure surge and protect pipe lines from damaging. The TWT Slow Closed Air Release Valve can release air when pipes are filled with water, and get rid of negative pressure when such vacuum or negative pressure exists. Air in the water lines can cause many problems, the main one speeding up the process of corrosion (Causing high costs in the maintenance of the pipeline).

The low pressure exhaust gas through the process is automatically divided into two stages: a low pressure difference between the full exhaust, the exhaust speed limit at higher pressure. Eliminate the impact of pressure fluctuations caused by full-speed exhaust on the system under special conditions such as water hammer.

Applicable to pipelines with possible water column separation conditions, large diameter, long distance water pipelines, fast water filled main pipelines, deep well pumps, etc., to protect the pipeline system from water hammer.
