Discription
A phosphatase enzyme preparation which breaks down phytate for use in food processing purpose, which is produced by submerged fermentation with a selected strain of an Aspergillus species. The enzyme protein is separated and purified from the production organism.

- Decomposing phytic acid of plant feed components, thus releasing inorganic phosphorus for direct utilization of livestock and poultry.
