MAIN CONFIGURATIONS:

This is the configuration of brewhouse system (mash tun/lautering tun, brew kettle/whirlpool, hot liquor tank), please check the details in the following chart.

  ♦  Material: stainless steel 304/316/copper 

Main specs of brewhouse and fermentation:

Brewhouse system:   (Heating method: electric, steam or direct gas fired heating)

1) - Inner wall SUS304, 3mm; 

    - Surface wall SUS304/red copper, 2mm

2)  -Dome top, top manway with glass 

     -Side manway, cone bottom 160 degree

3) - Insulation: polyurethane/rockwool 100mm;

     -with inside 360° CIP washing ball

     -agitator

     -removable false bottom

    - sparging arm, sight glass

     -Tangential inlet for whirlpool

     -Thermowell for temperature sensor and thermometer.... 

     -Grist case, hydrator(optional)

     -Level tube(optional)

Fermentation system:  

 1) - Interior wall stainless steel 304, 3mm; 

     - Exterior wall stainless steel 304, 2mm

 2)  -Top mounted manway, conical bottom

 3)  -Insulation: polyurethane 100mm

 4)  -Glycol cooling jackets on both cylinder and cone 

 5) - Inside 360 degree rotating CIP washing ball;

      -CIP arm

     - safety&vacuum valve on top

     - bung device

      -sample valve

     - rotating racking arm

     - thermometer

      -carbonation stone(optional)

      -Level tube(optional)

      -dry hops port 

  6) -100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

      - Interior Finish: Mirror polishing to 0.4~0.6μm without dead corner

      -Testing pressure: 3 bar

      -working pressure: 1.5-2 bar

OPTIONAL: 

 Beer bottling machine: bottle filling&capping machine, bottle washing machine

 labelling machine.

 Kegs washer and filler.

 Beer kegs(10L,20L,30L,50L...).

 Steam boiler.

Tips:

1. For electric machine parts, we use SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, DANFOSS, OMRON, ABB, UL standard, etc.

 2. The beer brewing equipments can be customized, such as the capacity, material(SUS304/304L/316), voltage(like 380v, 50Hz, 3phases), heating source(electric, steam or gas fired heating), etc.
