Packaging & Shipping

1) Packing: one pair in a plastic bag and 15 to 20 pairs in a carton box; or as per requirement;

2) Deivery: By sea in about 30 days: goods could be loaded in the factory for FCL or delivered to warehouse for LCL as request. (We have shipping agent offering best price and good services) 

By air in about 7 days: DHL, UPS and etc as per client requirement.

Answer: For products not available in stock, it usually takes 15 to 20 days with order confirmed

BEIJING G.H.X SLIDE HARDWARE: Yes, samples are available for test, some are free, but delivery cost should be paid by yourself.

7)What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?

BEIJING G.H.X SLIDE HARDWARE: All drawer slide have been inspected during the assembling and packing, the chance to get defective slide is rare. If there are some non-hunman factors, such as quality problems,finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos and show to us as proof, also please show us the carton imge to locate the quality supervisor. After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
